Who wins?
Potemkin vs Chipp
Potemkin wins 53% to 47%. 134 more put them in the same row. From Guilty Gear -Strive- Tier List. Pick a side.
DanIrl on Potemkin: 1.48 nerfed him and Leffen still put Pot alone in a God tier. LordKnight's last pre 2.0 list kept him in World Champs and Walter gave him his own S+ row
wizardgamer8810 on Chipp: S on every 2.00 list I could find. Leffen, Bushin and Mixups all agree Chipp came out of the system changes great
