Discussion
humble_taco_37: japan ranked simon and richter as the worst character in the game, below ganondorf. biggest ganon win in years
sleepy_wizard: diddy in S is the biggest outlier here
NotWalrus69: roy dropping this far feels like a pure reaction to kola taking a year off. fast, combos, kills, what else do you want
pigeonenjoyer: luigi had the biggest rise and marth had the biggest fall. marth is basically just above ganon on tournament performance now
throwaway65274: thought snake was too high last time, then hurt won genesis playing him like a tasbot. top 3 makes sense now
angry_walrus: mega man +21 is the story of this list and its basically all peabnut. min min jumping after doramigi's year is the other one
