Discussion
liz.k86: orianna getting her 10th nerf in a row while sitting at 46% win rate
HumblePenguin18: riot buffed hwei three times in a row now
dan_z6746: worlds patch and still no syndra or viktor nerfs, but diana mid gets buffed
RetiredPanda56: kassadin and qiyana are both S at season start. kass at 54% is actually silly
samt94: locke has a 75% ban rate in emerald with a 52% win rate. the reset on kill is the problem, if hes ahead he chains through your whole team
DarkNugget5401: kat graded S all six patches this year
